Ben Zaddick

Prior to Red Mile, Mr. Zadik was the International Controller for AMB Property Corporation, a $5 billion international publicly traded owner and operator of industrial real estate in world wide markets where he was responsible for overseeing the financial planning and reporting for AMB’s operations in Asia, Europe, Mexico and Canada.

Prior to AMB, Mr. Zadik was the Assistant Controller for Sangstat Medical Corporation, an international publicly traded biopharmaceutical company acquired by Genzyme Corporation for $680 million. Prior to Sangstat, Mr. Zadik was a finance manager for Netopia, a broadband customer premises equipment and broadband services provider acquired by Motorola for $208 million.

Mr. Zadik began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked in both the Assurance and International Tax Group. Mr. Zadik is a CPA in the United States and a Chartered Accountant in Canada.

Mr. Zadik served as Red Mile CFO from June 2006 through to February 29, 2008.

                       
Ed Roffman

Mr. Roffman has held several key positions at Activision including Controller,  Vice President of Finance and CFO and was a key contributor to the Company’s successful 1983 IPO.

Mr. Roffman was the former CFO and COO of Palladium Interactive, a PC gaming company which he helped sell to The Learning Company.

Mr. Roffman was also CFO for several software companies including Forte Software (sold to Sun Microsystems) and Illustra Information Technologies (sold to Informics).

NOTE: Mr. Roffman was the former CFO and Co-Founder of Red Mile until his retirement in June 2006.
